Before you put your property on the market you will need to obtain a Home Information Pack (HIP), including an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We can also organise virtual tours. Your property will feature on leading property websites including Rightmove, Findaproperty, the Evening Standard's Homes and Property website and Primelocation. Details of your property will also be marketed by all Connect4Property estate agents and via the Home Sale Network.
We will arrange and conduct viewings of your property for potential buyers and when you receive an offer, we will negotiate on your behalf. Once you have accepted an offer we can guide you through exchange of contracts to the completion of the sale.
