PAYNE & CO. have gained over 65 years experience in the letting of property and our comprehensive property management service deals particularly with this aspect of Letting whilst owners are away in most cases abroad.

LETTING PROCEDURE: On receipt of instructions, we attend at the property, prepare Particulars, provide advice as to Rental and furnishings etc., details are then circularised to all possible Tenants on our register and certain local advertising is included.

When a prospective Tenant is found, references are always taken and submitted to the Landlords for approval. a security deposit of one and a half calendar months rental is collected in accordance with The Tenancy Deposit Scheme(  TDS)  from the ingoing Tenant and used to offset charges, if any, against the Tenant at the end of the Tenancy, the balance being returned to the Tenant. (or such sum as otherwise agreed).
